This is the highest level of protection currently available and is indicated by a green address bar in your browser.

The SSL certificate ensures that all data transmitted in both directions between your browser and our website, has been encrypted and delivered without modification by any third parties.
Extended Validation (EV) is only granted to businesses that have undergone rigorous and extensive identity checks by the issuing Certificate Authority.

We hate to be big meanies, but;

- We may refuse to accept your order if we are not totally
satisfied, at our absolute discretion, with our security checks and

Orders are normally dispatched within 14 - 21 days after receipt of
payment and are shipped via Australia Post's Registered mail
services. A signature will be required upon delivery in all cases.
Shipping is free and includes insurance and tracking on your order.
To defray these postage and insurance costs, we have a minimum order value of $25.

Occasionally, our manufacturer won't have a particular chain or charm
in stock, so your order may be delayed until they run a new batch of the
item you have ordered.
If an order is not able to be delivered within around 21 days, we will notify you within a few days of receiving your order and offer you the option of waiting, changing your order to another style or a full refund.
If you require delivery by a certain date, please leave a message at the checkout. We will endeavour to ensure your order is ready in time or give you adequate warning to make alternate arrangements if we are unable to deliver on time.
